Terms & Conditions

We offer tailored design services such as branding, website design, and marketing collateral. These services are provided within the framework of monthly hour plans (40, 60, or 80 hours). You can use these hours for any combination of services offered.

Services are billed monthly according to the hourly plan you select. Payment is due at the beginning of each month. If your project exceeds the hours allocated in your plan, additional charges will apply at the agreed hourly rate.

Revisions are included within the hours specified in your selected plan. To ensure client satisfaction, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all design projects. During this period, you can request unlimited revisions within the hours allocated in your plan to refine your designs until you’re delighted with the results. If more time is required beyond the allocated hours, you will be notified, and additional hours will be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate.s

Before purchasing a plan, you are encouraged to consult with the project manager to discuss your specific needs. After purchase, we provide weekly calls to track projects progress, share design updates, and gather your feedback.

Unused hours from any monthly plan do not roll over to the next month. This policy ensures efficient scheduling and availability for all clients. To maximize your plan, we encourage you to prioritize tasks and utilize the allocated hours within each billing cycle. Unused hours will expire at the end of the month and cannot be refunded or credited.

While we aim to deliver high-quality design services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased revenue or conversions. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico.
